Fruit kombucha recommended
5 Spice Cider
5 oz Apple Cider + Seltzer
2 Tbsp Honey Ginger Shrub
sprinkle of Chinese 5 Spice

Pear and apple juice
Switchel (Haymaker's Punch) adapted from hillbillyhousewife.com

14 oz water
2 oz Honey Ginger Vinegar
Scant ½ teaspoon molasses
3 teaspoons maple syrup (adjust to taste)
¼ cup oats (optional)
Let sit overnight.
Strain oats
Moscato Punch
5 oz Moscato Asti or Moscato wine and seltzer
2 Tbsp Honey Ginger Shrub
Garnish with lime and orange wheels

Fruit puree (apricot, peach, passionfruit)
Top Note Orange Tonic
Mimosa Shrub
Mix 2 parts sparkling wine +1 part seltzer + 1 part fresh squeezed orange juice.

Use 5 oz of wine/water/juice mix
To 2 Tbsp Honey Ginger Shrub
Garnish with orange zest
Maiden Queen
2 oz Old Sugar Distillery Queen Jennie Sorghum Whiskey
1/2 oz Mad Maiden Orchard Overload Shrub
*1/2 oz Lemon Peel Syrup (*Simmer 1 part sugar:1part
water with lemon peel. Cool and refrigerate.)
Serve over Ice.
Garnish with lemon peel.
Northern Delights

2.5 oz pinot noir
3 tsp honey syrup
¾ tsp Honey Ginger Shrub
¾ tsp Cranberry Shrub
3 drops cinnamon tincture
2 drops Bittercube Bolivar bitters
Mix with ice in shaker.
Shake 15-29 seconds.
Garnish with lemon slice & rosemary sprig.
3 oz Old Sugar Factory Honey Liqueur
1 oz Honey-Ginger Vinegar
1 tsp Great Lakes Amerique 1912 Absinthe Verde
1 dropperful of Bittercube Bolivar Bitters
Serve with Ice.
Top off with Tonic Water.
Garnish with lemon or lime wedge.

Sweet Vermouth
Honey Ginger Shrub
Angostura Bitters
Ginned Up Grapefruit Punch
2 bottles sparkling wine
1 1/2 C grapefruit juice
or juice of 3-4 grapefruits
1 1/2 C gin
1 C Lemon Tonic
4 Tbsp Cranberry Shrub
Granish: Grapefruit zest and sprigs of rosemary

Chill liquid ingredients then pour into large serving pitcher or punch bowl. Mix. Serve with ice. Garnish with grapefruit zest & rosemary sprigs.
