Absilution Shrub 3 oz Old Sugar Factory Honey Liqueur 1 oz Honey-Ginger Vinegar 1 tsp Great Lakes Amerique 1912 Absinthe Verde 1 dropperful of Bittercube Bolivar Bitters Mix. Serve with Ice. Top off with Tonic Water. Garnish with lemon or lime wedge.

Ginned Grapefruit Punch 2 bottles sparkling wine 1 1/2 C grapefruit juice or juice of 3-4 grapefruits 1 1/2 C gin 1 C Lemon Tonic 4 Tbsp Cranberry Shrub Granish: Grapefruit zest and sprigs of rosemary Chill liquid ingredients then pour into large serving pitcher or punch bowl.
